All the instructors at the Li Rong Wushu and Qigong Academy have many years of training in both the internal and external styles of wushu. They are all available for demonstrations and are open to challenges. (Click on their names for their biography and information).

	Li Rong Li Rong is the main instructor at our school. Very famous in China, she has devised the newest taijiquan style, Tristar Taijiquan, which has been officially accepted by China as an official taiji style. 	William Leung William Leung is an internal styles master, having studied Taijiquan, Xingyiquan, Baguazhang, Bajiquan, and qigong. For more about William, click here. William teaches the Taijiquan, Xingyiquan, and qigong classes at the academy.
	Ronald Ng Ronald Ng comes from a contemporary Wushu and internal arts background, having studied, Taijiquan, Xingyiquan, Baguazhang, Bajiquan, and Liuhebafa. His favorite weapons are the rope dart, straight sword, double straight sword, and staff and he has been the Wushu Taijiquan Canadian national champion several times. Ronald teaches the Introductory Taijiquan and the Push Hands, Martial Application classes.
	Ken Chan Ken Chan is a student of Li Rong who enjoys studying Chinese wushu, especially tai chi. His skill level is very deep, having trained and taught in Chen style tai chi for over 10 years. He is currently a coach for Chen style tai chi at the academy. Ken is meticulous with details, and his instructions are clear and easy to understand. He teaches the art in a lively and fluid manner. Ken teaches Chen style taijiquan.
